You may feel that you have reached a crossroads in your life and not know where to go next.  Having the thinking space that therapy offers can help you understand yourself and others better so that you can gain clarity about who you are and what you want.

Or your current relationship may have gone stale and you feel very stuck or are having the same arguments with your partner that never get resolved.  Then again it may seem hard to find the right person and you keep on choosing similar partners who are either unsuitable for you or who don't work out.  Perhaps commitment is problematic.  It may be that a long-term relationship has ended and you are struggling to cope with the aftermath. 

Whatever your difficulties in relationships, it can be beneficial to gain insight into what is happening, so that you can find a richer sense of yourself.
